Reefapalooza General Terms and Conditions

1. Website Use & Intellectual Property

• Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the exclusive property of Reef-A-Palooza and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

• Acceptable Use: You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from attempting to compromise the website's security, scraping data, transmitting malicious code, or using the site to distribute unauthorized advertising or spam.

• Account Responsibility: If you create an account to purchase tickets or merchandise, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Attendee Admission & Ticketing

• Ticket Policy: All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges. Tickets are valid for admission for one person only. Any unused days are non-refundable and forfeited. Tickets may be scanned from a mobile device or printed and scanned at the door. Ultimate and/or Diamond Passes may be picked up at the show's registration counter.

• Assumption of Risk: There are risks, dangers, and hazards involved in any event. By attending Reef-A-Palooza, you assume all risks incidental to the event and release Reef-A-Palooza, Orange County Tradeshows, LLC, their employees, volunteers, vendors, host venues, respective affiliates, and representatives from claims related to or arising out of the event or your presence at the event.

3. Event Photography & Media Consent

• Media Consent: By entering a Reef-A-Palooza event, you are entering an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence constitute your irrevocable consent to be photographed, filmed, and recorded.

• Usage Rights: You consent to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose in perpetuity in connection with Reef-A-Palooza (including websites, social media, news, and advertising).

• Waiver of Claims: You waive any right to inspect or approve the photo, video, or audio recording, and release any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, copyright infringement, or fees for use of such media. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter the event premises.

4. Exhibitor Operations & Conduct

• Exhibitor Agreement: All exhibitors are required to comply with our full show policies. By exhibiting at Reef-A-Palooza, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to the complete Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.

• Indemnification & Insurance: Exhibitors must maintain active General Liability Insurance and hold Reef-A-Palooza and host venues harmless against all claims, damages, or injuries.

• Livestock & Environment: Strict adherence to animal welfare is required. Improper saltwater disposal will incur a $500 fine plus any applicable venue penalties.

• Right of Refusal: Show Management reserves the right to revoke booth access. Unprofessional or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate removal and future bans.

• Move-In/Out: Early breakdown before the official show close is forbidden. Violations result in escalating penalties, up to a permanent ban.

5. Exhibitor Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to official show management. Strictly no refunds of any kind will be issued after 60 days—no exceptions.

• Administrative Fee: A $300 cancellation/administration fee per booth space will be retained for all canceled booths, regardless of the date of cancellation.

• Event Modifications: Management may relocate booths or reschedule the event due to force majeure (e.g., acts of God, pandemics, government acts, extreme weather) without financial liability. Should the show be postponed or canceled, booth payments will transfer to the next show date for the same city.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

• External Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as official host hotel booking portals). Reef-A-Palooza does not own or control these third-party sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

• Third-Party Transactions: Any transactions or communications you have with third parties found through our website are solely between you and the third party.

7. Privacy & Data Collection

• Data Usage: By interacting with our website, purchasing tickets, or joining our mailing list, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our overarching Privacy Policy.

• Communication: We may use the email address provided during checkout or registration to send you important show updates, ticketing information, and promotional materials. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

8. Governing Law

• Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Reef-A-Palooza operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
