Reefapalooza 2027 Booth Sales Policy

1. Effective Date & Existing Reservations

This policy applies to all new booth reservations made on or after September 14, 2026.

Exhibitors who entered into a booth reservation or approved payment arrangement prior to September 14, 2026 will remain subject to the payment terms and arrangements that were agreed upon at the time of their reservation.

Any additional booth space, upgrades, or new reservation purchased on or after September 14, 2026 will be subject to this Reefapalooza 2027 Booth Payment Policy.

All existing and new reservations remain subject to the applicable Reefapalooza Exhibitor Terms & Conditions and Exhibitor Cancellation Policy.

2. Booth Reservations

Exhibitors purchasing any booth at any of the three Reefapalooza shows, Orlando, New York, and California, are required to pay in full at the time of booking. Exhibitors must complete their purchase through the Shopify online checkout. Booth numbers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis as checkouts are completed on the website.

To reserve a booth number, exhibitors can access the show floorplan through the Reefapalooza Exhibitor Hub click on the booth they want to reserve, and follow the checkout on the Reefapalooza Shopify Website.

Financing: Payment financing options are availabe at checkout through Affirm.

3. Affirm Payment Option

Affirm is available at checkout as a third-party financing option for eligible booth and sponsorship purchases.

• Affirm may offer Pay in 4 or monthly installment payment options, depending on the purchase amount and the exhibitor's eligibility.

• Available payment terms, payment schedules, interest rates, and approval are determined solely by Affirm and will be presented during checkout before the exhibitor completes the purchase.

• Selecting Affirm does not guarantee approval. If Affirm is unavailable or the exhibitor is not approved, another available payment method must be used to complete the reservation.

• A booth is not reserved until the Affirm transaction has been successfully completed and Reefapalooza receives confirmation of payment.

• Once an Affirm transaction is successfully completed, the booth is considered paid in full to Reefapalooza. Any remaining installment payments are made directly to Affirm under the exhibitor's agreement with Affirm.

• Exhibitors who use Affirm remain eligible for applicable Multi-Show Discounts, provided all other discount requirements are met.
  

• All booth purchases made using Affirm remain subject to the applicable Reefapalooza Exhibitor Cancellation and Refund Policies.

4. Multi-Show Discounts (MSD)

Exhibitors who request and use a Reefapalooza Booth Payment Arrangement are not eligible for Multi-Show Discounts (MSD).

To qualify for an available Multi-Show Discount, the applicable booth purchases must be paid in full at the time of booking by credit/debit card or Affirm and must otherwise meet the requirements of the Reefapalooza Multi-Show Discount program.

Multi-Show Discounts apply only to qualifying Reefapalooza New York and California booth purchases. Multi-Show Discounts do not apply to Orlando booth purchases.

Multi-Show Discounts are valid only for the applicable show year and do not roll over, transfer, or carry forward to a future Reefapalooza show or show year.

Using Affirm at checkout does not make an exhibitor ineligible for a Multi-Show Discount. An approved Affirm transaction is considered paid in full to Reefapalooza.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

All payments made under a Reefapalooza Booth Payment Arrangement are non-refundable.

All exhibitor cancellations, regardless of payment method, remain subject to the applicable Reefapalooza Exhibitor Cancellation Policy and Exhibitor Terms & Conditions.

Any eligibility for a refund of payments made beyond the non-refundable payments under a Booth Payment Arrangement will be determined according to the applicable Exhibitor Cancellation Policy.

Payments made for one Reefapalooza show cannot be refunded, transferred, credited, or applied to another Reefapalooza show.
