Post-Show Cleanup & Disposal Fee

This charge reflects the extra cleanup, disposal, and overtime costs incurred after Reefapalooza California due to excessive garbage and abandoned materials left behind during exhibitor move-out.
As stated in the Exhibitor Kit, exhibitors are responsible for any additional fees resulting from improper disposal of materials.
This fee covers:

• Additional dumpsters and disposal services

• Overtime labor from the Expo Company

• Hotel overtime costs caused by delayed load-out
